This is an extensive, large mod pack, full mod pack.
It contains:
1-A better AI patch, by Draugr and Felix.
AI has been modified to work smarter, to build fortresses, to upgrade units, to utilise everything on the map (herdables, fishing, natives etc.)
Also the AI can now build walls! Double layers of upgraded walls at that! Also it can upgrade them and construct gates! (I corrected this, now the Aztecs can build gates too)
2-Better effects and sounds mod, by an unknown author
The weather effects have been improved, including the fog, rain, snow etc..
Also the weapon sounds are now much better, now the game differenciates muskets, rifles and handguns.
Guns produce smoke, while cannon fire produces sparks, also the cannon balls leave a better mark on the ground, and the flaming arrows stay in the ground for a period of time.
Also nation colors have been darkenned and colorred better so now they look awesome.
3-Building rotator patch, by an unknown author
Self explanatory. Now you can rotate buildings with the middle wheel.
4-Map packs, by Gandalf
An unknown map pack. The best maps I've ever played. Also they're large, gigantic, and have appropriate animals, trees, ground etc.
Give it a try. (1st turn on "custom maps" in the skirmish mode, and put the maps in "documents/my games/aoe 3/rm3)
5-Resource and stat changer, by multiple authors
An excellent patch.
Hate running out of trees to chop, animals to hunt, gold to dig, fish to fish etc?
Well so do I!
That's why I increased the ammount of food, wood and gold for everything. (every tree is worth 3000 for example)
Also now the mortars can attack the ground. (including morutarus)
Also the population costs are down for everything, and you can build infinite ships and outposts and blockhouses, forts etc.
6-Day/night cycle large original maps
I recently aquired a great map pack which contains all original game maps. But only larger and there's a day/night cycle which in turn makes the game much more realistic and enjoyable. It takes for 20 minutes aproximatelly for a 24h cycle.
Just copy over the contents in the program files/aoe /RM3 folder.
Notice: I do not own any of these patches.

Altough I really did modify the patch better..Because I decreased cavalry and artillery costs down to 1. So I strongly strongly reccommend altering my protoy.xml file (search wood, gold, food ammounts with the help of this: http://aoe3.heavengames.com/cgi-bin/forums/display.cgi?action=ct&f=14,38550,450,all ), and reduce the ammounts.
